			"Naqvi Communication Consultants" (NCC) starts its operations in September 1998. The increasing use of the computer in recent years, a great deal of attention has been given to the development of information system. In the words of Norbert Weiner; “To live effectively is to live with adequate information.” Information technology is therefore changing the nature of work at all organizational levels, from the factory floor to the private and public enterprises. As described by Stafford Beer, “The old world was characterized by the need to manage things. The new world is characterized by a need to manage complexity.” Since IT can be a useful weapon in the competitive market place, managers should be directed to play an active role in planning, designing and implementing computer applications to get efficiency of processing which can be achieved by answering the following questions. Can desired output be generated with minimal effort? Given budget restrictions, is output maximized? Are computer resources wasted? Are operating procedures designed to facilitate the man- machine interface? The way in which hardware, software the database and computer personnel are deployed will determine whether operations are optimized. Unfortunately the growth of IT has not proceeded smoothly in all firms. Employee’s resistance to change, fear of job displacement and unwillingness to learn new procedures and skills has hindered the development of information systems. To overcome resistance to computers, management must plan ways to change employee attitude towards IT & establish a work environment receptive to change, ready to: “Change with Change so that when change comes, there will be no change." “NCC” offer strengths to assist and support organizations in meeting the challenges of change.
